Get more Google reviews

Nobody chooses a repair shop with two reviews. The difference between shops with forty and shops with four is almost never the work — it is that one of them asks.

1. Paste your review link

   In Settings, set the store's Google review link. It is the one that opens the review box directly, not your profile page.

2. Ask when you hand the phone back

   The moment a customer gets a working phone back is the only moment they are grateful. Tap Ask for a review right then — not three days later.

3. Happy ones go to Google

   The customer is asked how it went first. Four or five stars, and they are sent straight to Google to post it.

4. Unhappy ones come to you

   Below four stars, the customer is asked what went wrong and it reaches you instead. You get a chance to fix it before it becomes a public one-star.
