Bring old customers back

You already paid to get these people the first time. Getting them back costs a message. Most shops never send it because writing it is the boring part — so the system writes it.

  1. Pick who you are talking to

Choose a segment: people who have not come back in six months, customers of a given device, or those who bought a specific repair. Talking to everyone at once is how you get ignored.

  2. Let it draft the message

Say what you want to offer and the AI writes it in your voice, in the customer's language. Read it before it goes — it is a draft, not a decision.

  3. Send it where they read

Campaigns go out over WhatsApp from your own number, by email, and into the customer portal. WhatsApp is the one people actually open.

  4. It protects your list

Anyone who already got a recent campaign is left out automatically. Nothing burns a customer list faster than three messages in a week.

  5. See what it brought in

Follow how many were sent and who came back. A campaign that brings in two screen repairs has already paid for the month.

WhatsApp has to be connected: campaigns go out from your own number, so link it first. Email and the portal work regardless.
