How much does Procell Repair POS cost?
There is a free plan at $0 with up to 15 transactions per month. The Monthly plan is $19.99 per store per month with unlimited transactions, and the Yearly plan is $179.88 per store per year — two months free. Pricing is per store, with no long-term contract and no setup fee. See pricing
Is there a free plan?
Yes. The free plan includes repairs, sales, inventory and the branded customer portal, with up to 15 transactions per month. No card is needed to start, and you can move to unlimited at any time. See pricing
Can I move my data from another POS?
Yes. If you are coming from RepairDesk, RepairShopr, Opolis or anything else, export a CSV and the AI maps the columns for you. You review a preview before anything is written, and your customers, inventory and history come across. How migration works

Can customers check their repair online?
Yes. Every repair gets a link the customer can open with no account to create. From there they follow the status, see the breakdown and the photos, approve a quote and pay the balance — under your shop name, not ours. The customer portal
Does it track phones by IMEI or serial number?
Yes. Phones are not interchangeable units, so each handset is tracked by its IMEI and you pick exactly which one leaves on a sale. Expensive parts without a factory serial — screens, batteries — can be labelled and tracked unit by unit too. Track by IMEI
