Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Procell Repair application and web portals (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Procell Repair is a point-of-sale and repair-management platform for phone and electronics repair businesses. It lets you create repair tickets, manage a device/parts catalog, take card and cash payments, and operate a cash register.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for safeguarding your login credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account and those of your employees.

3. Payments and subscription

• Card payments from your customers are processed through Clover's secure payment system and are subject to Clover's terms.
• Your subscription to the Service (if applicable) is billed through the payment method on file. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
• You are responsible for any taxes arising from your use of the Service.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including: attempting unauthorized access, interfering with its operation, using it for unlawful activity, or reselling it without authorization.

5. Your data

You retain ownership of the business and customer data you enter. We process it as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for having the right to enter any customer data you provide.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and trademarks, is owned by Procell Repair. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights in the Service.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Procell Repair shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms or for non-payment. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Términos del Servicio

Estos Términos del Servicio ("Términos") rigen tu acceso y uso de la aplicación y los portales web de Procell Repair (el "Servicio"). Al crear una cuenta o usar el Servicio, aceptas estos Términos.

1. El Servicio

Procell Repair es una plataforma de punto de venta y gestión de reparaciones para negocios de reparación de celulares y electrónica. Permite crear tickets de reparación, gestionar un catálogo de dispositivos/partes, cobrar con tarjeta y efectivo, y operar una caja.

2. Cuentas

Eres responsable de la exactitud de la información de tu cuenta y de proteger tus credenciales de acceso. Eres responsable de toda la actividad que ocurra bajo tu cuenta y la de tus empleados.

3. Pagos y suscripción

• Los pagos con tarjeta de tus clientes se procesan a través del sistema seguro de Clover y están sujetos a los términos de Clover.
• Tu suscripción al Servicio (si aplica) se cobra al método de pago registrado. Las tarifas no son reembolsables salvo que la ley lo exija.
• Eres responsable de los impuestos derivados de tu uso del Servicio.

4. Uso aceptable

Aceptas no hacer mal uso del Servicio, incluyendo: intentar accesos no autorizados, interferir con su operación, usarlo para actividades ilícitas o revenderlo sin autorización.

5. Tus datos

Conservas la propiedad de los datos de negocio y de clientes que ingresas. Los procesamos según nuestra Política de Privacidad. Eres responsable de tener el derecho de ingresar cualquier dato de clientes que proporciones.

6. Propiedad intelectual

El Servicio, incluyendo su software, diseño y marcas, es propiedad de Procell Repair. Estos Términos no te otorgan ningún derecho de propiedad sobre el Servicio.

7. Renuncias

El Servicio se provee "tal cual" y "según disponibilidad", sin garantías de ningún tipo, expresas o implícitas, en la máxima medida permitida por la ley. No garantizamos que el Servicio sea ininterrumpido o libre de errores.

8. Limitación de responsabilidad

En la máxima medida permitida por la ley, Procell Repair no será responsable por daños indirectos, incidentales, especiales o consecuentes, ni por pérdida de ganancias o datos, derivados de tu uso del Servicio.

9. Terminación

Puedes dejar de usar el Servicio en cualquier momento. Podemos suspender o terminar el acceso por incumplimiento de estos Términos o por falta de pago. Al terminar, tu derecho a usar el Servicio finaliza.

10. Cambios

Podemos actualizar estos Términos ocasionalmente. El uso continuado del Servicio después de que los cambios entren en vigor constituye la aceptación de los Términos actualizados.
