SMS Terms & Conditions

Last updated: October 9, 2026

Procell Repair POS lets independent repair shops send text messages to their own customers about work those customers brought in. This page describes that text message program.

1. What messages are sent

Messages are transactional and relate to a specific repair, order, or appointment at the shop the customer visited:

No promotional or marketing campaigns are sent through this program.

2. How customers opt in

Customers give their mobile number in person at the shop counter when they drop off a device for service, and agree to receive text messages by checking a clearly labeled consent box on the repair authorization they sign. The shop records the date of consent and the exact wording the customer accepted.

Consent is optional. A customer who declines still receives the same repair service.

3. Message frequency

Message frequency varies and depends on the customer's own repair. A typical repair produces between one and five messages.

4. Cost

Message and data rates may apply, according to the customer's own mobile plan. Neither Procell Repair nor the shop charges the customer for these messages.

5. How to stop receiving messages

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving them. The customer will receive one confirmation and no further messages. Replying START resumes them.

6. Help

Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or contact the shop directly. You may also write to contact@procellrepair.com.

7. Carriers

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is not guaranteed and may depend on the customer's carrier and device.

8. Privacy of opt-in data

Mobile phone numbers and SMS consent data are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties, and are never shared with anyone for marketing or promotional purposes. A customer's number is used only to send that customer messages from the shop they visited. Data is processed by our messaging provider solely to deliver those messages. See our Privacy Policy.
