Connect QuickBooks Online

The month you stop retyping receipts into your accounting is the month you get a weekend back. Your sales, repairs and expenses land in QuickBooks on their own.

1. Open Integrations

   Go to Integrations and find QuickBooks. Only the owner can connect it.

2. Sign in to Intuit

   Tap Connect QuickBooks. You sign in on Intuit's own page and pick the Company you keep your books in. We never see your QuickBooks password.

3. It syncs every morning

   Once a day the system sends the previous day: sales, repairs and expenses. Sending twice never duplicates an entry — each one carries its own reference.

4. Check it in QuickBooks

   The morning after connecting, open QuickBooks and look at yesterday. If the numbers match your Business overview, you are done.

5. Pause it whenever

   Closing the year, or your accountant is mid-adjustment? Tap Pause sync and nothing more is sent until you resume it.
