Get back something you deleted
Somebody deleted a product, a customer or a store and now it is missing. It is almost certainly still there. Deleting hides things; it does not destroy them.
Open the trash
It lists everything that was deleted, by type, with when it went. Only the owner gets in — restoring something changes what the shop sees, so it is not a counter decision.
Restore it
One tap and it goes back exactly where it was, with its history intact. This is the normal answer to "we lost it": you did not.
When it refuses to delete
If a thing has movements tied to it — sales, stock, payments — the system blocks the delete and tells you which ones. That is on purpose: erasing it would leave those movements pointing at nothing and your numbers would stop adding up. Hide it instead.
Deleting for good
You can empty something permanently from here, and then it really is gone. Use it for genuine mistakes — a product created twice, a test customer — not for tidying up things that have history.
