Mail-in

Receive repairs by mail

A repair shop can only serve people who can drive to it. Mail-in removes that limit: the device arrives in a box, and the ticket works exactly like any other.

  1. Ask your operator to turn it on

Mail-in is enabled per account. If you do not see the section, it is not on for your shop yet — ask for it.

  2. The request arrives before the box

A new request lands in your inbox with what the customer says is wrong — or marked as Diagnose if they do not know. It sits as Awaiting device until the package shows up.

  3. Track it in both directions

Save the inbound tracking (customer to you) and later the return tracking (you to customer). When a package goes missing, that is the only thing that settles it.

  4. Turn it into a repair

Once the device is in your hands, convert it to a repair. From there it is a normal ticket: parts, price, photos and the device passport.

  5. Send it back

Print the return label, save the tracking and mark it sent. Take photos before you seal the box — with a device you cannot hand over in person, those photos are your proof.
