Track phones by IMEI

Ten cases are ten cases. Ten phones are ten different phones — different condition, different cost, different history. Counting them as a quantity is how stock goes missing.

1. Every phone enters with its IMEI

   When you add a handset to stock, the IMEI is required. Scan it or dial *#06# on the device — and if the IMEI is already in your inventory, it will not let it in twice.

2. Each unit carries its own cost

   The same model bought at two different prices stays as two units with two costs. Your margin per sale is the real one, not an average.

3. Pick the handset at the sale

   When you sell, you choose which IMEI walks out the door. The receipt carries it — which matters the day a customer comes back claiming warranty.

4. SIM cards work the same

   SIMs are tracked by ICCID, in their own tab. An activated SIM can no longer be edited or deleted — it stays as history.
