Print labels and receipts

A device with a label on it is a device nobody has to ask about. Ten phones on the bench with no labels is ten interruptions a day — and eventually, the wrong screen on the wrong phone.

1. Install the printer once

   Open Printer setup. There is a downloadable configurator for the receipt printer and another for the label printer — run it, and the printer is ready. Three steps, on the screen, with the driver linked.

2. The repair label

   From a repair, print its label and stick it on the device. Customer, device and ticket number — so anyone in the shop can pick it up and know whose it is without opening the system.

3. The product label, with barcode

   For what you sell off the shelf. The barcode carries the internal code, or the IMEI on a phone — which means at the counter you scan instead of searching, and the right item is added every time.

4. Set the price label once per store

   The price label is a single setting for the whole store, not something you decide per item. Set it once and everything you print comes out consistent.

5. Receipts print in the customer’s language

   Whatever language the system is in is the language that prints. If you serve customers in two languages, that is one less thing to explain across the counter.
