Unlock and IMEI services

Somebody walks in with a phone locked to a carrier on the other side of the world. If you have to send them somewhere else, that is a customer you handed away.

1. Connect your provider

   Unlocks run on your own account with an unlock provider. Enter your credentials once and the service list is yours, with your own prices.

2. Check the IMEI first

   Before promising anything, check the device: model, carrier, and whether it is reported. Five seconds here saves the argument later.

3. Place the order

   Pick the service, charge the customer and place it. The order sits in your list with its status until the provider answers.

4. Deliver the result

   When the code or the confirmation comes back, it is attached to the order and you pass it to the customer. Everything is on the same receipt as the rest of your sales.
