Take a payment

Card, cash, store credit — or let the customer pay online. You can take the full balance or a partial deposit.

Open the repair or sale
Open the ticket you want to charge and tap Charge (or press C).
Choose the method
Pick Card (Clover) for secure EMV & contactless, Cash, Store credit, or a manual method like Zelle, Venmo or Cash App.
Enter the amount
Charge the full balance, or take a deposit now and the rest at pickup. Each payment is recorded, and the balance updates on its own.
Confirm and print
Confirm the charge, then print or send the receipt by WhatsApp or email.
Or let the customer pay online
Send the customer their portal link — they pay the balance online with Apple Pay, Google Pay, Stripe, PayPal, Square, Mercado Pago or Authorize.Net. The money lands in your merchant account.

Partner or wholesale customer? Record a payment against their whole balance from their statement.
