1. Open New repairAbre Nueva reparación

   Go to Repairs and tap New repair — or just press N from anywhere.Ve a Reparaciones y toca Nueva reparación — o simplemente pulsa N desde cualquier pantalla.

2. Pick the customerElige el cliente

   Search by phone or name. New customer? Add them on the spot. No details to hand? Choose Walk-in.Busca por teléfono o nombre. ¿Cliente nuevo? Agrégalo al momento. ¿Sin datos? Elige Walk-in.

   Tip:Tip: the phone number is the customer's key — the same person is never duplicated.el número de teléfono es la clave del cliente — la misma persona nunca se duplica.

3. Choose the deviceElige el equipo

   Select Brand → Device type → Model. Start typing to filter — the model list narrows as you type. Missing one? Tap + New to add it without leaving the screen.Selecciona Marca → Tipo de dispositivo → Modelo. Empieza a escribir para filtrar — la lista de modelos se reduce al teclear. ¿Falta uno? Toca + Nuevo para agregarlo sin salir de la pantalla.

4. Add the problem and the exact partAgrega el problema y la parte exacta

   Choose the problem (screen, battery, charge port…). Pick the exact part variant — OLED, Incell, OEM Pull — each carries its own cost and suggested price.Elige el problema (pantalla, batería, puerto de carga…). Elige la variante exacta de la parte — OLED, Incell, OEM Pull — cada una con su costo y precio sugerido.

5. Set the price and take a depositFija el precio y toma un depósito

   The system suggests a price from the part cost plus labor. Adjust if you like, and take an optional deposit up front.El sistema sugiere un precio con el costo de la parte más la mano de obra. Ajústalo si quieres, y toma un depósito opcional por adelantado.

6. Save and printGuarda e imprime

   Save the ticket. Print the receipt for the customer and a label for the device — one tap does both.Guarda el ticket. Imprime el recibo para el cliente y una etiqueta para el equipo — un toque hace las dos.

7. Track status and deliverSigue el estado y entrega

   Move the job through In progress, Waiting for part and Ready. When the customer picks up, hit Deliver and capture a signature.Mueve el trabajo por En proceso, Esperando parte y Listo. Cuando el cliente lo recoja, toca Entregar y captura una firma.
