Add a product to inventoryAgregar un producto al inventario

Scan a SKU and the system fills in the rest from the parts catalog — brand, model, type and cost. Here's the fastest way in.Escanea un SKU y el sistema llena el resto desde el catálogo de partes — marca, modelo, tipo y costo. Esta es la forma más rápida.

  1. Open Add itemAbre Ingresar artículo

    Go to Inventory and tap + Add item.Ve a Inventario y toca + Ingresar artículo.

  2. Scan or type the SKUEscanea o escribe el SKU

    Scan the distributor's SKU (or type it). The system finds it in the live catalog and auto-fills the brand, model, type, image and cost for you.Escanea el SKU del distribuidor (o escríbelo). El sistema lo encuentra en el catálogo en vivo y llena por ti la marca, modelo, tipo, imagen y costo.

    No SKU?¿Sin SKU? Fill brand, model and problem by hand — the Model box is searchable, just type to filter.Llena marca, modelo y problema a mano — el campo Modelo tiene búsqueda, solo escribe para filtrar.

  3. Pick the categoryElige la categoría

    Choose what it is: Part, Accessory, Phone (tracked by IMEI) or SIM (by ICCID).Elige qué es: Parte, Accesorio, Teléfono (por IMEI) o SIM (por ICCID).

  4. Set cost and quantityFija el costo y la cantidad

    Parts store the cost — the system suggests the sale price from your markup. Enter how many units you're adding to this store.Las partes guardan el costo — el sistema sugiere el precio de venta con tu margen. Escribe cuántas unidades agregas a esta tienda.

  5. SaveGuarda

    Save, and the product is in stock. It'll show up when you pick parts for a matching repair.Guarda, y el producto queda en stock. Aparecerá cuando elijas partes para una reparación que coincida.
