Connect with a partner shop and send a repairConectar con un socio y enviar una reparación

Can't do a job in-house? Connect with another shop by a simple ID — like a TeamViewer code — send them the repair, and approve their quote. Everything is logged.¿No puedes hacer un trabajo? Conéctate con otro taller por un ID sencillo — como un código de TeamViewer — envíale la reparación y aprueba su cotización. Todo queda registrado.

1. Open Partner shopsAbre Talleres socios

   In the menu, open Partner shops. First pick which of your stores you're connecting from (top selector).En el menú, abre Talleres socios. Primero elige desde cuál de tus tiendas te conectas (selector de arriba).

2. Share your ID, get theirsComparte tu ID, consigue el suyo

   At the top you'll see Your partner ID, like PRC-7K3M9. Share it with the other shop, and ask them for theirs.Arriba verás Tu ID de socio, algo como PRC-7K3M9. Compártelo con el otro taller y pídele el suyo.

   Both need the feature.Ambos necesitan la función. The other shop must have Procell Repair with Partner shops enabled to accept.El otro taller debe tener Procell Repair con Talleres socios activado para poder aceptar.

3. ConnectConecta

   Under Add partner shop, type their ID and tap Connect. They get a request and tap Accept — now you're linked.En Agregar taller socio, escribe su ID y toca Conectar. Les llega una solicitud y tocan Aceptar — quedan conectados.

4. Send the repairEnvía la reparación

   Open the repair you can't do and tap Send to partner. Only that repair crosses — device, problem and photos. It appears in the partner's repairs, with your shop as the customer.Abre la reparación que no puedes hacer y toca Enviar a socio. Solo esa reparación cruza — equipo, problema y fotos. Aparece en las reparaciones del socio, con tu taller como cliente.

5. They quote, you approveEllos cotizan, tú apruebas

   The partner sets a price and sends it. You see the quote and tap Approve or Reject — with the date, amount and who did it kept on record for both shops.El socio pone un precio y lo envía. Tú ves la cotización y tocas Aprobar o Rechazar — con la fecha, el monto y quién lo hizo guardado para los dos talleres.

6. Track and settle upSigue y salda la cuenta

   Both shops follow the repair. What you owe the partner builds up on their customer statement, where you record payments as you settle.Ambos talleres siguen la reparación. Lo que le debes al socio se acumula en su estado de cuenta, donde registras los pagos a medida que saldas.
