Add stock in bulk
Adding twenty parts one at a time means twenty forms. This screen is one line per part and nothing else — made for the moment the box is open on the counter and you want it on the shelf before the next customer.
Choose the store the stock enters
Everything on this batch lands in the same location. If the box gets split between two stores, do one batch per store — or bring it all into one and transfer after.
One line per part
Brand, then model, then the problem it fixes — screen, battery, charging port. The model list filters by what you picked before, so you are choosing from a short list, not hunting through everything.
Say which quality it is
Not every screen is the same screen. OLED, Incell, refurbished original — the subtype is what lets you charge differently for what is genuinely different, and stops you selling an OLED at Incell price.
Cost and quantity
The cost of one unit, and how many came. Here you only load cost — the system suggests the selling price from it, so you are not doing markup math on twenty lines.
Tag the distributor and save
Optional, and worth the two seconds: it is what later lets you claim a warranty on the part with the right supplier. Up to 300 lines go in one batch.
