Quote a customer

"Let me check and I’ll call you back" is where the job is lost. A quote sent while they are still standing there — that they can accept from their phone — is a job that starts today.

  1. Build the quote

Customer, device, what needs doing and the price. Same device picker as everywhere else: brand, then type, then model.

  2. Send it to their phone

It goes out by WhatsApp or email as a link they can open anywhere. No app to install, no account to create — the two things that kill this kind of message.

  3. They accept or they do not

The customer accepts from the link. You see the quote move from pending to accepted without calling anyone, and you have a record of what they agreed to.

  4. Turn it into a repair

One action and the accepted quote becomes the repair, with the device, the problem and the price already in it. Or schedule an appointment for when they bring it in.

  5. Chase the ones that went quiet

The screen totals what is still pending. Resend with one click — a good share of quotes are not rejected, they are just forgotten.
