Schedule appointments

A customer who is expected is a customer you have the part for. Appointments are how you stop the day from being entirely whoever walks in next.

  1. Create the appointment

Customer, phone, device and when. If it comes from an accepted quote, book it right from there and everything is already filled in.

  2. The confirmation goes out on its own

They get it by email or WhatsApp. You can resend it later — the day-before resend is what keeps people from forgetting.

  3. See what is coming

Upcoming and pending, split apart. It is the first screen worth opening in the morning, because it tells you what the day already owes you.

  4. When they arrive, it becomes a repair

Open the appointment and go straight to the repair. The customer and device are already there — no retyping while they wait.

  5. It lands in your Google Calendar

Connect your calendar per store and appointments sync across on their own. Your phone tells you about the 3pm without you opening the POS.
