Set minimums so you never run out
The worst moment to find out you have no iPhone 12 screens is when the customer is standing there with a broken iPhone 12. That customer goes to the shop down the street, and often does not come back.
Start with a general minimum per part type
Screens: 2. Batteries: 3. Charging ports: 2. One number per type of problem, and it applies to everything you stock. Five minutes of setup that covers your whole catalog.
Then override the models that deserve it
The general rule says 2 screens, but you fix six iPhone 13s a week. Set that model to 6 specifically. The exceptions are where this feature earns its keep — and you only need a handful of them.
Read the traffic light
Now the system compares what you have against what you said you want, and shows you the gaps. No counting, no guessing, no walking to the shelf to check.
Order from the list
Parts to order is that gap list, ready to buy. If you have MobileSentrix connected, you order straight from it and the stock comes back in by itself when the order arrives.
Adjust with what actually happened
After a couple of months you have real history: what sold, what sat on the shelf tying up money. Raise the minimums that ran out on you and lower the ones that never moved.
