1. Open Business overviewAbre Estado del negocio

   Go to Business overview (the P&L page). Your financial setup lives there.Ve a Estado del negocio (la página de P&L). Ahí vive la configuración financiera.

2. Enter your fixed expensesEntra tus gastos fijos

   Add the recurring monthly costs of the store — rent, utilities, salaries and anything else. The system spreads them across the days of the month.Agrega los costos fijos mensuales de la tienda — renta, servicios, salarios y lo demás. El sistema los reparte entre los días del mes.

3. Set your target profitFija tu ganancia ideal

   Enter the monthly net profit you're aiming for. That's your goal.Escribe la ganancia neta mensual que quieres lograr. Esa es tu meta.

4. Watch the gaugesMira los relojitos

   Two small gauges — Today and Month — sit in the top bar for everyone, showing only the % and a color (red → amber → blue → green). The full dollar detail stays for owners and managers.Dos relojitos — Hoy y Mes — quedan en la barra superior para todos, mostrando solo el % y un color (rojo → ámbar → azul → verde). El detalle en dólares queda para dueños y managers.
